PICK UP & COLLECTION INFORMATION FOR SHOW WEEK!
FIRST STEPS:Monday 15th July
(Infant 1, Infant 2, Junior 1, Junior 2, Impact 2, Workshop 2, Workshop 3,Boys/Girls projects, Company 1 and Company 4)
Infant 1 & 2:
To arrive at 4.30pm to be met and registered by their teachers in the lecture theatre in Saga (saga is opposite the Theatre entrance)
Parents who are watching can wait for entry at 4.45pm, other parents should wait on site either in Saga or their cars
Those watching mini show 2 will be given access at 5.45pm
Collect at 6.30pm from Saga if not in the audience
Junior 1, Junior 2 &Impact 2:
To arriveat5.30pmto be met and registered by their teachers in the sixth form centre (In Saga opposite the Theatre entrance) Those in Company 4 and Impact 2 will be in the girls Theatre changing rooms.
Audience given access at 5.45pm for mini show 2, and 6.45pm for mini show 3
Parents are either in the audience or should wait on site either in Saga or their cars
Collect after mini show 3 at7.30pm from the Theatre
Workshop 2
To arrive at 4.30pmto be met and registered by their teachers in the girls Theatre changing room on the left as you enter the Theatre.
Audience given access at 4.45pm for mini show 1 and 6.45pm for mini show 3
Parents are either in the audience or should wait on site either in Saga or their cars
Collect after mini show 3 at 7.30pm from the Theatre
Workshop 3
To arrive at 4.30pmto be met and registered by their teachers in the sixth form centre (In Saga opposite the Theatre entrance) Audience given access at 4.45pm for mini show 1 and 6.45pm for mini show 3

To arrive at 4.00pm to be met and registered by their teachers. Boys to boys Theatre changing rooms and girls to girls Theatre changing rooms.
Audience given access at 4.45pm for mini show 1, 5.45pm for mini show 2 and 6.45pm for mini show 3

Collect after mini show 3 at 7.30pm from the Theatre
PRESENTING INSTEP ‘25:Tuesday 15th, Wednesday 16th, Friday 18th& Sat 19th July

Tuesday,Wednesday, Friday & Saturday shows: start time 6.30pm
Arrival times:
Company 1, 2, 3 & 4, Impact 1, Boys/Girls Projects, Boomerang and MayaKarasto arrive at 5.30pm for registration and to be prepared for re-working due to any absence
Workshop 1(non -company members) to arrive at 7pm (any absences should be messaged to Rachel so she can re-set in the interval)
Collect:
Company 4students to be collected at 7pm. Company 1, 2, 3, MayaKaras, Boys/Girls Project, Impact 1and Workshop 1 to be collected at 8.45pm
Register/changing rooms:
Co 1, 2, 3 and 4 Boys - Boys changing rooms
Co 1 and 4 Girls - Girls Theatre changing rooms
Workshop 1, Co 2 & 3 girls - Lecture Theatre in Saga
Saturday arrangements:
If not staying for the Oscars, to be collected at 8.45pm
Company 1, 2, 3 & 4 members are invited to stay for the Oscars ceremony if they wish.
They should be collected at 10.15pm. Company 4 will need a parent in attendance
