System for existing Instep members moving into 2021 to 22


Company members

All current company members will be invited to return again and they will be issued with Contracts including the dates for the coming year. As you know commitment to the dates is essential if you are a company member.

You will be expected to return your contract on the first day of term.

If you are not returning please let us know asap so that we can update our registers and invite newcomers into Company 

You will return to current company for the short term 1 and you will be invoiced for that company and we will undertake to re organize the companies by the start of term 2.


Thursday Insteppers

We will carry forward your places in Instep classes for the coming year and you will receive an invoice before term starts for the current class your child attends.

( please note term 1 is still invoiced at the same rate as the other terms which are 6 or 7 weeks ) we plan our invoicing based on the average number of weeks in each term which across the year averages out at 5.5 weeks ) This is much easier than having invoices changing each term according to the number of weeks.

We always have a short first term (3 weeks) and use that time to re-organize our classes.

It’s not possible to move all children in week 1 as we have to ascertain who is returning and where there are available places.

Example: Until we move children out of Junior 2 onto other classes there is no availability to move up Junior 1 which then impact Infant 2 and so on to infant 1.

So we have to start by sorting out the older classes in order to create spaces.

It takes three weeks to do this.

By term 2 your child will be placed in the appropriate class for the coming year.

We are aware as we watch the children that many are well placed right now…they have, after all, missed a full year of learning and we need to make up that time and that learning. The obvious movement is Infant 1 into Infant 2 for our school starters and we are aware of that!!

We won’t accept newcomers (apart from Infant 1) until we have addressed all the needs of our current members and we will prioritize places for them. We do already have a reserve list of children wanting places next year!

So, we are asking you to let us know if you have made a decision not to return. This will help us planning and if that decision is made then please let us know asap. 

If when we return and after you receive your invoice you decide not to return again please do let us know so we can take you off our system and open up places

We hope you appreciate this process is geared to favour our current membership giving them priority places and streamlining the need to book places. Your help in being timely with your decisions will really help us.
