We are aware that term 1 is shorter than most but we invoice the same amount each term and terms average out to be 6 weeks across the 6 terms
Term 1 we use to make sure we have allocated the correct classes to students.
Thursday Instep students and Impact 2 dancers should attend the same class that they were in for the show in July 2023.
It follows that Thursday Insteppers will be invoiced in term 1 for the class they were in when we closed in July 24.
We will send out updated invoices for term 2 which will reflect the new classes we have suggested for your children.
We hope to have completed auditions and to have organised our Company classes so that students who are placed in a Company class will be invoiced according to their new class for term 1 onwards .
( We will be asking Company 1 , 2 &3 dancers to pay a £5 fee for Autumn residency to cover costs and a production fee for the Summer residency. Between £10 nad£30 according to the company. Information to follow on the Company Contract )
Impact 1 dancers will audition on a date TBC once school commences
ViveKamayas will start in term 2
Newcomers are very welcome and should seek advice via Sian Marco as to which class to attend
Your termly fees also include additional rehearsals as we approach the show
Bursaries:
We will consider bursary applications. We have decided to abandon an official form and instead we will be asking for those wishing to apply for support to e-mail Jackie and Sian with information to support their application

So I would like some background to explain your need . We will then follow up with an offer of support which may be the beginning of a dialogue to make sure we are being fair.
I have a limited budget to absorb these applications, but I have promised to listen to all existing Instep members and create some sort of manageable plan for anyone who needs it.
We would like to receive your messages as soon as possible and before the start of term would be useful so that we can make sure invoices are correct.
